Explore the Science of Stories during Once Upon A Story at the Science Spectrum, Saturday, April 18th from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Geared toward ages 3-8.
Join the Lubbock Children’s Museum for a magical, story-themed gathering designed to bring books, imagination, creativity and even a little science to life. Inspired by classic fairy tales and beloved characters, this event is perfect for ages 3-8 and creates an immersive experience where you will step into a world of fantasy, adventure, and wonder. So grab your best fairy tale costume, and join us for a magical celebration where fairy tales become reality.
Enjoy these whimsical activities:
- Grow a Lima Beanstalk
- Make magic wands
- Knock down castle towers with catapults
- Help create a magic potion
- Take photos in front of a castle
- Grab a spot in front of the castle for exciting Storybook Science Shows at 11:00am & 1:00pm.
This fantastical event will be held in the Explorazone on the main floor of the Science Spectrum and is included with standard Science Spectrum admission.
